The Board of Directors Meeting is a scheduled gathering of the organization’s elected leadership to discuss club business, review financial reports, plan upcoming events, address member concerns, and make decisions that support the mission and operations of the organization. Meetings provide an opportunity for directors to collaborate, ensure transparency, and guide the future direction of the club.
