NWSCA Entry Form

Please fill out this form to register for classes.

One form per horse/rider combination -- Form must be complete! ($5 for incomplete forms)

$4 entry fee/event -- $5 office fee/rider -- Select Event/Appropriate age

*A rider may exhibit 2 horses per event. The 2nd horse may be judged OR exhibition but a horse may only compete once per class.

*Walk/Trot classes are open to all ages; Riders who enter may not enter in another Loped Judged event.

*Riders may enter Ribbon Race only one time per day.

In submitting my entry, I hereby release the show organizer, arena committee and arena owner, the Northwest Saddle Club

Association, and any o􀆯icial, employee, volunteer, director, or agent of the Northwest Saddle Club Association or arena, from

any claim or right for damages, which may occur to myself, my family, my horse(s) or my personal property at this show or in

transit.

All participants must go to the office registration desk the day of event to pay fees and pick up number if applicable.
